Roasted Pork Loin

Roasted butternut squash and fresh apples combined with applewood smoked pork loin and blue cheese seasoned with nutmeg & cinnamon. Served with a salad of mixed greens and topped with organic carrots.

Crepe Champignons

An abundance of exotic mushrooms including Portobello, Shitake, Cremini and Button. Mushrooms are sautéed then combined with a light and delicate Dijon béchamel sauce. A vegetarian delight. Served with a salad of mixed greens and topped with organic carrots.
