Chicken Caprese

Simple yet delicious Italian classic combination of roasted chicken, heirloom tomatoes, sliced fresh mozzarella and basil seasoned with salt and olive oil. All wrapped up in a savory crepe and finish with Balsamic glaze. Served with a side salad of mixed greens.

Lazy Boy Crepe

You’ll need your slippers and recliner after this one! Black Angus short rib, char-grilled asparagus, Gruyere cheese and a tangy roasted red pepper sauce. Served with a salad of mixed greens topped with organic carrots.

Crepe Champignons

An abundance of exotic mushrooms including Portobello, Shitake, Cremini and Button. Mushrooms are sautéed then combined with a light and delicate Dijon béchamel sauce. A vegetarian delight. Served with a salad of mixed greens and topped with organic carrots.
